Angels & Horses - In Ceremony

A few months of deep personal shadow work gifted me with a great deal of release. Something wanted to come in and old layers of past patterns were clearly blocking it. I needed to dive deep to clear out some space for that which was trying to be known to me.

For a few months, working on my own and with a couple of mentors that specialize in shadow work, I began to feel a large space open after releasing some big personal things. It felt as though once the releases happened, the spaces that were more open, began to fill. I sensed my angel and horse guides were coming in strongly as they were prominent in my waking, dreams, meditations, and auto-writing.

This is how the, "Angels & Horses Ceremony," came to life.

As I worked with the information, messages, and symbolism I was receiving, it began to be clear. I was being guided to create ceremonies to help counter the chaos that has divided us, stressed us out, and pulled us off our individual heart and soul paths. Through ceremony, we could gather in small intentional groups to go hand in hand into deeper spiritual connection as individuals supporting one another.

From this spiritually guided process, I have intentionally created four ceremonies grouped under the umbrella of, "Summer of Ceremonies." In this blog, I am writing about the, "Angels & Horses," ceremony and am sharing some of my reflections from this actual ceremony that was held recently.

There is something so amazingly wonderful about creating when it just flows and everything falls into place as though it was always part of you.

It was with much passion that without the need for overthinking, I reached for certain crystals to create a crystal grid for the ceremony and easily found the crystals I wanted to gift my ceremonial sisters with. The whole ceremony flow, just poured out onto paper leaving me humbly grateful for my guides and the shadow work I had done.

I intentionally opened the ceremony to a small number of women to join me in a sacred ceremonial space. Each woman that graced us with her presence, had their own special wisdom to blend into our group. All from different backgrounds and belief systems, yet fully present and ready to support themselves while holding the others in warm regard and celebration. Connection!

Each woman paired quickly with the horse of their choosing. I observed how each horse fit their person's intention perfectly even though they had not been around these horses. I believe this was Divinely influenced between the angels and horse spirits that we called in to open our ceremony, along with the intentions each of the women set, spoke, and clarified for the ceremony.

I remember being filled with warmth as I observed each of the women bonding with and walking meditatively with their chosen horse. The way each of their hearts showed on their beautiful faces made my heart beat stronger. I could feel the presence of the four Archangels we had called in for the ceremony. It was like they were all around us and were working through the horses for the highest purpose of the women's intentions.

Before closing the ceremonial space, each of the women had a private ceremony with their horse, herbs, and gratitude. It was beautiful to see how deeply absorbed each horse was with their person and vise versa.

As often happens when the Divine Guides, horses, and women connect, each person receives exactly what they most need. It may be what they hoped for. It may be something unexpected. It may not make sense at the time. It may make perfect sense.

I have learned to trust my horses and their ability to reflect the awareness of our true selves in a way that is non-threatening, and completely honest without judgement. Horses are a grounded presence on the earth while also being connected into spiritual energy. They are not here to heal us, but rather we are healed by being in their majestic and wise presence.

Suffice it to say, when we are willing to move into a ceremonial space with an open mind and heart, we will receive what we most need. From this, we can take the brave step of moving into a direction that is for our highest good, knowing we are supported, loved, and worthy of living our best life.
