Traveling through the chakras with horses is a deeply grounding, somatic healing journey that blends the intuitive, mirroring energy of the herd with the seven core energy centers of the human body. This transformative experience uses equine wisdom to help you release emotional blocks, balance your nervous system, and awaken deep self-awareness from root to crown. So, what are chakras? Chakras are the core energy centers in your body. You have seven of them. Horses have the same seven as you and one more that is unique to animals. At this uniquely special retreat, you will hear about the chakras and how they affect your overall well-being. You will also be working with your own chakras alongside a horse partner. Horses have an intricate ancient wisdom centered around energy. After all, their very lives depend on being clear in their energy and grounded in their lives. You will travel through each or your chakras throughout the day so that you can become familiar with how each of your energy centers feels when its blocked or open. At the end of our time together, you will leave feeling balanced, aligned, and more peaceful. You will take with you a new awareness of how to help keep yourself on the pathway of radiance. Of living in sync with your energy. Here’s what to expect at this retreat: • A safe sacred space of possibility that is accepting of all who are here • Informative basics of how chakras/energy centers work within your body • Guided practice with recognizing blocked energy and methods to clear this • Partnering with a horse to receive their mirroring energy wisdom • Self-Awareness check ins throughout the retreat • Bonding with like-minded people • Lunch, snacks, and water will be provided (you may bring your own if you prefer) • Take home exercises to help keep your energy clear Ready for the details?
