You are invited to a Horse Circle Meditation at Silver Heart Ranch. The focus of our time together will be, “Heartful Plenitude.”. Approaching abundance or plenitude in a heartful way, is less about the material things you have in your life and more about exploring the love and connection you have in your life. Plenitude without heartfulness feels empty. When you combine these, you shift into a deeper sense of gratitude that makes everything feel more meaningful. With the approach of Thanksgiving, this is a perfect time to reflect on what you are grateful for and why you feel that gratitude. Shifting to a perspective of gratitude is freeing, loving, and does wonders for your overall well-being to include stress reduction. During this Horse Circle Meditation, I will lead you in a guided meditation that will take you into a more present state of being and provide more clarity around the things that really matter to you. The presence of horses during the meditation, takes it to a whole new level. Horses are inherently present, amazingly empathic, and deeply grounded. They are also expert readers of energy and hold a mirror up to show you where your blind spots are by providing intuitive feedback. After the meditation, all participants will engage in an activity that will help you process your experience so that you leave here feeling fulfilled with heartful plentitude. Here are the details: • Come as you are no matter your state of mind. You are loved, worthy, and accepted. • Wear closed toe shoes or boots and dress according to outdoor weather. • I will provide water and light snacks. • The horses will not be ridden – ground only. No horse experience needed. • Cost is $27 per person. Event is limited to 7 people. • Register and pay in full to reserve your spot.
