Service Description
This is the year of the Fire Horse! It’s a time for moving forward with truth and intention. Fire Horse invites us to experience expansion with presence as we move forward. Are you ready to tend to what truly feeds you? Ready to meet yourself exactly where you are with presence and not perfection? Do you feel it’s time to embrace purposeful movement and deep embodiment? If so, join the herd and me for this mini retreat for women that is an invitation to: • Let your fire carry you with intention. • Let your voice rise to speak your truth. • Step toward that which you are being called to embody. When engaging in embodiment work with the horses, you can develop more self-awareness, presence, and authentic communication by observing the sensitivities of the horses. This is done by experiencing how your physical and emotional patterns affect the horse. You will foster deeper connections through mindfulness, mind-body exercises, and somatic awareness to increase ease and flow between you and the horses. It’s all about shifting from subtle awareness of your internal self to deeper listening for understanding of your more subtle non-verbal communication and finally to integrating more emotional and physical balance. This year of 2026 is about nurturing what matters. Your time, energy, and heart are precious, and you can choose what sustains you as you build your ideal work and/or personal life. If so, here’s what to expect at this mini retreat for women: • Being part of a Sacred Space of Possibility • Opening Ceremony • Like-minded women • Embodiment work with horses • Mind-Body Connection Practice • Somatic Exercises, Deep Listening • Non-verbal communication & Body Language • Fun! Laughter! Support! • Closing Ceremony Details: Water and light snacks provided. Please bring whatever else you need. (No Alcohol) Dress for outdoor weather. I recommend layered clothing, sunscreen, hat. Wear closed toe boots or shoes for safety around the horses. Cancellation Policy
*Cancelation of a Service A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling a service for Horse Circle Meditation, Reiki, or Animal Communication. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the booked session fee. For not showing up to a session, you will be charged full price for the session. Late Arrivals will receive a shorter session and regardless of the actual length of your visit the full amount will be charged. By booking a service, you are agreeing to all policies listed hereunder. *Cancelation of a Workshop, Class, or Silver Heart Ranch Retreat Cancelations for a workshop, class, or Silver Heart Ranch Retreat must be completed by the given cancelation date for the event you have registered for. If you are unable to cancel by the given date, you will be charged in full for the event. By booking a workshop, class or Silver Heart Ranch Retreat, you are agreeing to all policies listed hereunder.
